Customer Re-spooling

All types of hook-up wire and cable can be re-spooled into exact desired lenghts. Enables the dispersal of one wire or cable style to a number of different plant locations, reduce excessive weight and costly inventories.

Wire Colouring

Wyro Tech can supply your hook-up wire and construction cable in any special color or shade required. Colors will not peel, run or crack and are resistant to abrasion, fungus and corrosion.

Wire Striping

All types of hook-up wires including vinyl, nylon covered and irradiated wire may be striped to facilitate easy circuit identification. Wyro Tech can make available more that 10,000 different color combinations, utilizing up to three stripes on each hook-up wire, spiral or longitudinal. Specially formulated inks and a heat treating process insure indelible and abrasion resistant stripes.

Cable Twisting

All hook-up wires may be twisted into pairs or up to 21 cables ranging from 30 AWG to 12 AWG for ease in wiring and harnessing applications.

Imprinting & Marking

Specialized customer marking for company name, trade name or circuit identification can be permanently printed on your wire, cable, tubing or sleeving requirements. Your product may be marked with letters, numbers or any combination. A wide variety of different types, styles and widths are available.

Tube & Sleeve cutting

Since many tubing and sleeving applications require small pieces, Wyro Tech provides custom cutting of all types of tube and sleeve. The use of automated equipment guarantees exact cut lengths with precise tolerances, eliminating costly and inexact cutting during production assembly.
